1. Overview

At StaffConnectNow, we strive to provide the best experience for both job seekers and employers. Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing any subscription plan or credits on our platform.

2. No Refund Policy on Active Plans

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once a plan is activated. Once your payment is confirmed and your subscription becomes active, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the platform
  • Switching to a different plan
  • Account deletion or voluntary cancellation
  • Profile rejection after plan activation
  • Non-usage of the subscription period

3. Subscription Continuity

Once a plan is activated, your subscription will remain active and fully functional until the plan's end date, regardless of whether you request a cancellation. You will continue to enjoy all benefits of your subscription — including profile visibility and platform access — until the subscription period expires naturally.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once your plan reaches its end date, you will need to purchase a new plan to maintain your profile visibility.

4. Credit Purchases

  • All credit purchases are non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used.
  • Incorrect profile information: If you unlock a profile and find that the candidate's contact information is invalid or the profile contains significantly false information, please report it to us. After verification, we will credit your account with replacement credits.

5. Technical Issues

If a verified technical issue on our end prevents your profile from being visible or disrupts platform access during your active subscription period, we will extend your subscription by the equivalent downtime period. No monetary refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Account Termination

If you choose to delete your account while a subscription is active, any remaining subscription time and unused credits will be forfeited with no refund. We strongly recommend waiting until your plan's end date before deleting your account.
