1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StaffConnectNow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. For Employees (Job Seekers)

• You may create one profile per account with accurate professional information.
• Profiles are reviewed by our team before being made visible to employers.
• A paid subscription is required to make your profile visible on the platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Misrepresenting your qualifications may result in profile rejection or account suspension.

5. For Employers

• You may browse public profile information for free.
• Unlocking contact details requires purchasing credits. Each unlock costs 1 credit.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• You agree not to misuse candidate contact information for spam, harassment, or any purpose other than genuine employment opportunities.
• Bulk scraping or automated data collection from the platform is prohibited.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscription plans provide profile visibility for the specified duration.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new plan after expiry.
• No refunds are issued once a plan is activated. Your subscription will remain active and all benefits will continue until the plan's end date, regardless of cancellation or non-usage.
• Credit purchases are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform
• Resell or redistribute candidate contact information

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform is owned by StaffConnectNow and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the content they submit (profiles, resumes) but grant StaffConnectNow a license to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

StaffConnectNow acts as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of user-submitted information, or the conduct of any user. StaffConnectNow is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, hiring decisions, or interactions between users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your profile will be removed and any unused subscription time or credits will be forfeited with no refund, as all purchases are final once a plan is activated.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
